So to let's keep it simple: The 3 T's broken down are: Thoughts (emotional stress component) may be short term "acute" or long term "chronic" anxiety/worrying or even grief/ heartbreak; Traumas (physical stress component) may be small repetitive injuries from daily activities or large major traumas from say a big car accident; Toxins (chemical stress component) could be from an allergic reaction to a food you ate or outside exposure to pesticides just sprayed on a lawn. The 3T's are real and they can be a killer.
Chiropractors care about these 3T's because they do affect our health, but they are also the direct cause of chiropractic subluxations... aka "misalignments that affect our energy/innate intelligence and nervous system function." So if you remove these stressors from your life you remove the cause of chiropractic subluxation. Some of these stressors are unavoidable at times and that is why periodic chiropractic check ups are so valuable to your health, even if you are not in pain. If you can't remove or avoid the stress... at least remove the misalignment (chiropractic subluxation). Yes, it is that simple. Our nervous system does not need any help in what to do or how to function; it just needs no interference!
